Derick A. Moore
Principal / CEO
Derick sets the strategic vision for RROW Group and RROW Holdings, Inc., manages day-to-day operations, and leads business development pursuits. While coordinating the overall strategy for the business, Derick is responsible for providing executive oversight to both the development projects and investment teams. Derick has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2010, and has worked with some of the top commercial developers in the country. He created The RROW Group, LLC and RROW Holdings, Inc. and RROW Hotel Group, LLC in 2023, and is one of two principal owners. Derick is an alumnus of Alabama State University, and he lives in Atlanta with his wife and children.
Reginald C. Johnson
Co-Founder / CFO
Reginald, with 25+ years of expertise in both residential & commercial real estate, decided to take a leap of faith as a Commercial Real Estate (Hotel) Developer in 2023. He and his business partner Derick Moore co-founded RROW Group, LLC based in Atlanta, GA. As Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer of RROW Group, Reginald manages the financial operations and strategic performance of The RROW Group, LLC, RROW Holdings, LLC, and RROW Hotel Group, LLC.
